"Very rude boy working the drive through window, I first told them that I asked for size small beverage for the kids meal and not the kids size drink, then when my food was ready he put it all in one bag and just slightly opened the window enough to hand the bag of food out and then hurried and shut the window and walked away. Then I got home with the food and noticed they forgot the extra small frie for my order, this is now the 2nd time in the last month totally now $5 for food I've ordered and never received. I ordered 2 meals and an extra frie not even a big order and still mistakes and rude employees!!!! Things need to change!!!"

"I WAS THERE ON FEB 8TH, 2024. I ORDERED BREAKFAST , I ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO FRESH BECAUSE I LIKE MY FOOD HOT. SHE SAID YES, WELL THAT WAS A LIE BECAUSE I GOT HASH ROUNDS THAT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE, THEY WERE NOT MADE FRESH & THEY WERE NOT HOT.THE FRISCO SANDWICH WAS GOOD & HOT BUT THE BREAD WAS NOT TOASTED LIKE IT NORMALLY IS. IT WAS HARDLY TOASTED."
"A horrific drop in quality. Cold chewy food, baskets no longer issued for dining in, no napkins on the tables and a filthy restroom. Not to mention the complimentary dinner show of one the employees complaining about her coworkers. After 20 years of eating here I am never coming back."
"We had lunch there today and it was absolutely the worst meal we have ever had at a Hardee’s. Had 3 chicken blts and they were cooked to death. Thought we were getting a nice breast, but got a couple overdone tenders. The single burger one of had, might have been good…….yesterday!!! Just awful!!!!"
