"I was greeted with genuine smiles and was able to do a walk in oil change. They not only asked before replacing my air filters but brought them out to me to show me why. I received a text and email with a link that had a video of my car and the suggestions it needed. Finally I was given a print out of everything that was performed along with the suggestions. The experience was an equal mix of courteous and professional!"

"I drive about an hour and half to get my car serviced at Morrie's as they are reliable, have been able to get my repairs done in one day and have great customer service. Ashley in service was so helpful to me not just on my car but with me personally today. I can't thank her enough for the phenomenal customer service and support she provided. Due to an injury I couldn't walk well today, and she brought me water, parked my car close to door and made sure I made it safely to my car. Thank you Ashley"

"I do not recommend this place for truck service. I went there because I took a friend twice and figured, "What the heck, I'll give them a shot because it's on my way to work (Fort McCoy)." I dropped off my Ford Ranger on February 1, 2024, and asked them to change the oil, transmission fluid, spark plugs, and wires, check out the brakes, and please see why the check engine light is on. They sent me a cute video underneath the truck, and honestly, it made me feel like they did a great job. They said the truck was completely out of oil, which made no sense, but I believed them. Then they told me the brakes were good, but they still squeal everywhere I go. I figured, "Okay, maybe it's because it's colder weather in Wisconsin." I picked the truck back up the same day, and the only thing they recommended was that I fix the ball joints on it. I said, "I will wait on that. I just wanted a good tune-up." I left thinking everything was good to go. As soon as I got in the truck and cranked it, it was sputtering. The check engine light was still on as well. As I began driving it, I knew something was wrong. The following day I called and left a message with the service department stating that I still had issues with the truck and could not drop it back off for two weeks because I had to travel to Fort Knox (I am in the Army. We had an exercise). When I returned from my trip, I dropped the truck off that morning and caught a ride to work. I called the service department that morning at 0900, and the service representative told me that there would be a $150 diagnostic fee. I stated, "I am not paying you $150 to diagnose the truck when it runs worse than when I gave it to you. You guys did not hook something up correctly." The clerk and I went back and forth (I won't get into the specifics because it became an argument). Eventually, I told her to leave the truck alone, and I would pick it up. Later I called the General Manager and expressed my feelings. He and I went back and forth over this until he eventually said, "Bring it in, and we will look at it." So, we agreed. When I got to the shop that day to pick my truck up, there was a note on the front seat that said, "I chose not to do what they recommended initially so they would not be looking at it unless I paid the diagnostic fee." (By the way, they recommended replacing the Ball Joints, which have nothing to do with the electricity/plugs. Look at the receipts). This let me know that the General Manager didn’t understand that the technician replaced my spark plug wires and that the truck could have been firing on only 3 cylinders. I left with my truck and made up my mind that they would not touch my truck again. I paid them $761, by the way, and I still don’t know if they did what they said they did. Then I dropped it off at Dahl Ford in Onalaska about a week or two later. I explained my experience with Morries in Sparta. Within an hour they called me and told me that as soon as they checked the spark plug wires, the third cylinder wire was not hooked up (I was right on my assumption). They told me they would not charge me, and that I could come to get the truck. I told them to go ahead and replace my ball joints, control arm, and whatever else that needed to be changed out. I did that because I trusted what they were saying, never did they try to upsell me something. They were just being honest, and there were no cute videos (Smoking mirrors). I paid right at $2,000 here and felt great. The truck ran great after picking it up. Look at the receipts from both dealers. Again, I would not go to Morrie’s in Sparta. If you scroll through their Google Reviews, you will see that this is a common trend, and they cycle through General Managers. Won't be going back to Morrie’s in Sparta."

"Just about every time I go here one of the service desk “representatives” is so rude to me in one way or another. It is my local Chevrolet dealer so I go there because the mechanics do really good work. It’s sad to be that darn rude, but given the circumstances I get it. Get a job that you are satisfied with and stop mistreating good customers."

"Everyone was so great to work with! Definitely made the car buying experience enjoyable. They stayed late to ensure all of our questions were answered and to process all the paperwork. Everything about this experience was wonderful! Definitely will give them business when we are in the market for a vehicle again!"
