"This morning I stopped for a bagel sandwich and coffee. The crew were engaging and smiling and you could hear the smile at the drive-through intercom. They were busy but made me feel valued. My sandwich was made with such care, everything was perfectly centered on the bagel making easy to handle and enjoy. Such a great experience and a nice way to begin my day. Thank you Lancaster. Wi crew!!!"
"We never dine inside, but we were waiting for vet apts and it was clean, inviting. Everyone was super friendly. There were larger groups of people enjoying coffee and nearly everyone said good morning and had smiles. We may pop in to enjoy our coffee and a breakfast sandwich more."
"We've gone a couple of different time mainly just for drinks, the staff is most always rude, never offer suggestions. The last time we went my husband was ordering from the drive thru and in the middle of his order the lady cut him off and gave him his total. He said he wasn't done and she quite literally yelled through the intercom "There is no need for attitude sir!" And then argued with him about how he was being rude to her. We went up to the window to pay and receive our drinks and they forced them out the window and slammed it shut. We definitely won't be back."
