"Staff have become 100% focused on drive-thru service and completely "IGNORE" counter patrons. I waited to have my order taken and was never acknowledged, by 6 employees, that I was even standing there. The window employee finally told me to use a kiosk to order. While ordering, the 6 employees finished with drive-thru and were just standing around visiting. Not good!"
"my boyfriend and i waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes to get our food, when i got my food it was barley warm. the staff stood around and were on their phones the whole time i was at the window. there was only 3 other cars in the drive through. awful experience. will never be going to this taco bell again"
"was stopping here on a road trip and i can say that this is the worst taco bell i’ve ever had. i ordered 2 burritos, one that was pretty much just a flour tortilla with sour cream and nacho cheese which is disgusting. and then my other burrito which was supposed to be a cheesy bean and rice burrito- it ended up being just bean with way too much nacho cheese (creamy jalapeno sauce was supposed to be on it)"
"i'm in a band and we travel a lot, eating on the road often. this taco bell was a great stop. food came out almost instantly, hot and ready to go. everything looked picture perfect, filled well with even toppings. the cashier even cracked a little joke with us we checked out, a welcome bit of human connection during a long stretch of road. 10/10 would stop again"
"Shorted my order... missing items. Excessive wait times. New "Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco" wasn't dippable, holdable, pickupable, or edible (see pic). Staff hadn't quite figured out how to prepare this new menu item... grilled cheese was inside out; an absolute mess."
