"My husband and I have been customers of Lebakkens for many years and recently we had some financial concerns. We always pay but the district manager, Ryan he called himself, was extremely rude when we were trying to make a payment telling us they were gonna come and pick up the items if it was more than 7 days. I dont appreciate threats, as I said we have customers for many years. There is no reason he had to be so rude when a customer is calling to make a payment and we always communicate. NOT IMPRESSED with him. Everyone else we have ever dealt with has been wonderful and has always worked with us."
"I really liked the place never had an issue until know seems to me that there manger likes to make up stuff I had said I would rather return what I got from them and said I wasn’t home since it was the weekend just because I said i didn’t want them to pickup the I item up that I would drop it off the manger took it as i refused to return the item and started suing me and taking me to court, also made me pay court fees when everything she claimed was not true it was so ridiculous that when I got a hold of them, she said you refuse to return the item trying to make up it all she said that if I were to return the item, she will call the court house and only sue me for the available balance on my account which was not even nothing to go to court for. It was so ridiculous with her I didn’t even want to get anything from there anymore. They need a better manager playing childish games will get them nowhere"
