"Bill's used to be my go-to for any vehicle work until about two months ago. Took my wife's vehicle in for a wheelbearing replacement. She calls me about 3 hours in to the work telling me he quoted her almost 2000 for all 4. I call and he tells me the same. I asked why so much when parts are 150 and labor is roughly an hour per, he then says well I'm changing out the pigtails too because I like to at the same time. There was no issue with the pigtails, no corrosion, or any other issue, but he wouldn't take no for an answer. Got the one done and went elsewhere. Immediately after getting it back from Bill's my wife noticed that it was still grinding right after she'd start driving, usually once or twice then it was fine. Then about 2 weeks later, all the lights that had been on came back on, and the grinding was every turn. Turns out the pigtail that Bill's replaced came apart. Got it repaired. But it's about to go back into a shop to fix that side a second time."

"Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My new place for auto repair and maintenance! To follow up again on great service. Had brakes done at another shop a year ago. Had a rattle after, in the rear. They said I needed thousands of dollar suspension repair. Denied it being the brakes they worked on. Bills found it! Fixed it. Great price too! Glad I found this shop!"
