"Wanted to keep business local and I like supporting the small companies. Bought 4 new tires last year and free rotations were included. They said I could stop anytime to get this done. I’m ready for my first rotation and called to see if I could drop by. Now I’m told they need an appointment made and I work Monday through Friday until 6, leaving at 7:30 am. They aren’t other open weekends and when I took a day off during the week, I called and was told they’re busy until end of following week. I’m not burning a vacation day to get my tires rotated. Price may have been less expensive, but the inconvenience of the “included” perks is pointless. Now I have to go and pay someone else to rotate my tires. You’re better off buying tires from a company that has late hours or at least a Saturday option available. Especially if you work normal M-F schedules. Any other service they do great work."
