"the food is very good but took over an hour to come out. although the building is nice and well put together, the service is not good. at all, we got our drinks. and he took our food order, then sat for over an hour waiting for it. during none of that did he come to check on us, i wanted a soda refill but couldn’t grab anyone. after we got our food we sat for almost another hour(again without being checked on). then a lady came up asking if we needed a box and we said yes. before we could even ask for our dessert she walked away(about 10 minutes before anyone came back). finally we were able to get our ice cream and we were going to ask for the bill but he walked away. overall their costumer service is definitely something to work on. ALSO they on the dish i chose (fried noodles), they do not tell you that there’s mushrooms on it."

"I've never been to Japan, so I can't actually compare this to the real thing, yet, I'm comfortable saying this is likely the best Japanese restaurant you'll find in the Midwest. Absolutely fantastic menu options. Hibachi, sushi, sushi rolls, soups, salads, teas and desserts. Our server was well versed and thoroughly explained any menu items we questioned. If you're in Chippewa Falls, definitely stop here to eat."

"Had a nice visit here on a drive through Chippewa Falls. Would recommend the seaweed salad. Their soups, both the clear and miso, along with their house salad were also excellent. Shumai was a touch underwhelming. Entrees were solid. All in all, would return! Service was friendly and prompt!"
