"I stopped in need of a new pair of shoes today. Found two I liked and made my choice. I was looking for just everyday shoes, however they have a large variety of tennis shoes, boots, dress shoes, youth and adult shoes. They frequently have sales and you can see items on sale at their website. They have a sale rack with discounted often one of a kind clearance too. They sell socks, Bags, laces, insoles and winter hats. They have most all the major name brands. My children have wide feet so we gravitate to those brands that have 4E. They store is clean and organized. Staff are helpful but not pushy. On more than one occasion we found a shoe we like, but it’s not in our size. They have ordered it and mailed to our home in just a couple days. This is a HUGE benefit to me. It’s hard enough to find something your kids will wear, when the size isn’t available it’s defeating. However, they locate the exact shoe and it arrives at our house in days. No running around to pick them up when the arrive at the store, no extra cost for this helpful service either. As a parent- it’s super appreciated. Isles are wide enough to get a wheel chair through. Most shoes are at a level a wheelchair, setting person can reach. Handicapped parking in front of store. Large parking lot."

"Employees are helpful, and super friendly. Unfortunately you have them absolutely roasting because you won't fix the A/C, and have an mobile unit in the store. Bet you renting the mobile unit costs more than it does to just fix it. Treat your employees better, they deserve it and you are mistreating great staff."

"Freindly staff greet you as you enter and are willing to assist you if needed. The store was clean and organized. Good selection of men's, women's, and children's shoes. I like to browse their clearance rack, which is quite large. In the past I've found a discontinued model for $40 vs. the $70 newer model shoe I was after. If you know the shoe and size you want you can also purchase it on their site and pick it up an hour later while saving $10-20."

"When you know what you want and you know where to find it, it doesn't get better. In a tight spot last summer for sandals that would provide ample arch support. FF carries Birkenstock. I found exactly what I needed again today in prep for traveling to a moderate temp zone. I'm so grateful to be able to find these again. Thanks for carrying the brand and being open for the hours that fit my schedule. Staff has always been nice, kind, and very helpful"
