"I know you don’t own the property, but it’s not easy to find a contact at the ownership group. Can you please, please, please contact your landlord and let them know most of the trees in your parking lots are dead? (I know it’s winter, but they were dead all growing season). Cleaning these up next spring or summer would enhance the appearance of your store and improve your first impression. It would also be of service to our otherwise clean community. Please fix or remove the trees? Thanks!"

"I drove out the Kohl's store in Owatonna which is an hour away from my place in Rochester MN to pick up a couple of holds which weren't available in my local store. The lady who I spoke with over the phone retrieved my two items and put them on hold. When I arrived at this store they were available and when going through checkout I received excellent customer service from Diamond who was able to figure out all the discounts codes and etc helping me save money. Humans are sooo much better than machines. The people at this store were great especially when they were probably under so much stress due to the holidays and etc. Thank you so much."
