"So I got an all aluminum radiator and fan kit for my truck. Went to install it and found that I needed another part for the temperature control. Waited a week like told but said for another week. So got that. No problem. But then just recently went to install my new radiator and my oil cooler wouldn’t tighten. So I had to put my old radiator back in with a bad electric fan to find out I need an adapter to put on for my oil cooler. Was told there are different lines but I can’t find anything different than what I’m already running. So now I have to HOPE my weak fan lasts a week for this adapter to come in to finally install this radiator. Nice people but not enough questions asked about the vehicle."

"I was looking for a custom radiator for a classic car. Dillon said they would build me a radiator to match my car. Dillon said the radiator would take two weeks to build. I waited two weeks for radiator to be ready and picked it up. Dillon didnt build the radiator like they said but ordered a stick made in CHINA radiator which did not fit. Charged me $400 for the same radiator I can buy off Ebay for $199. Dillon did return the radiator but they shouldnt have lied about the process."
