"Harbor Freight is a strange company for a Privately Owned business. They love to pretend to be a 'Family Focused' business, and many Stores live up to that ideal. The Eau Claire store doesn't. They criminally underpay their staff, store manager is frequently unavailable or simply not there, and what staff they do have are often overwhelmed. Great Customer Service despite their situations. The tools are exceptionally 'You Get What You Pay For', with a nice selection available. But checking stock seems to be a nightmare at this store, much less knowing if/when more will arrive. And to those who want to run in and out in a hurry, just give them a name and number you can remember. Make something up if you need to. It's for receipts. The employees are pushed to collect info for marketing purposes, but all you need is name and number. Email if you pre-order something."
