"Not sure how this place survives. We've been using their services for less than a year and it's a disaster every week they show up. Over 75 percent of the time they don't provide us with the towels we need at all, and occasionally give us towels that won't work for our usage. Neat. The rugs are dirty, have holes and tears in them, and then they don't even give us the right size that we requested. They don't take the overloaded hanger holders, theyll literally move them out of their way, but refuse to take them with them, so our employees just throw them on the floor because there's no where to put them. And no matter how many times we complain about it, they choose to do what THEY want, not what we need"
"To compare the quality of service with this company the only thing I can say is that it’s like a bunch or 3rd graders trying to tell 1st graders how to do things. This company is so Unorganized, you follow the procedures they want to get things repaired or replaced and it doesn’t Happen. You get fitted for a uniform, also make sure it’s a size big, then because I am sure they shortcut the process just like all business in America 2 months later your stuff is so shrunken down that you can not even button the pants or shirts. The drying process is to hot!!! How the heck do they expect something to shrink 2-3 sizes and still be wearable? I would give a Negative 5 stars if I could. From what I can tell they need to start from the roots and rebuild the business from there. Everything about this company is terrible."
