"The service is great. I found myself in a position where I ordered a Chai Tea Latte with Pumpkin Cold Foam on the app. It is SO good. About an hour in I realized I forgot to add the most important part, the espresso. I came back into the location and asked if I could buy a quad shot to add and Bea insisted she make me a new coffee with espresso, also providing recommendations of blonde espresso. I appreciate the kindness and great service. Great job Bea!"
