"My sub zero was not cooling like it should so I wanted to ask a question about it…. Technicians can’t receive calls or make calls they are too busy to answer a question. I will take my business somewhere else…."
"Our Wolf duel fuel range encountered an issue where the oven was not heating up at all. After 14+ years this was the first issue we encountered, and naturally we were a little concerned at what it could be and how much it would cost to repair. We reached out to Thomas Service Co. and scheduled an appointment for a couple days out. The technician called to let us know he was on his way and showed up within the next 15 minutes. He was able to diagnose the issue as a broken relay control board. It was literally fried out and he showed me where on the board it had gone bad. From diagnosis to repair it took about an hour and came in at a reasonable price considering I've seen just the part alone retail for around $450. From the person taking our service call to the technician who reapaired the issue, all employees were extremely courteous and professonal. I would recommend to anyone in need of a repair to their Wolf products."

"CenterPoint Service Plus did a faulty repair of our 20-year old Sub-Zero refrigerator and told us the refrigerator could no longer be repaired. So we contacted Thomas Service. Thomas Service corrected the faulty repair, and now our refrigerator is working fine. CenterPoint is reimbursing for the additional cost."
