"I called this place and left a message to get a call back about my 98 Honda CBR600 F3. Bud called me back the next day. Rather than just give me his next available appointment and hang up he asked me to explain the symptoms to him. We were on the phone for almost 30 min and he even went as far as looking up the coolant I had purchased to ensure that it wouldn’t cause damage to my motor. It is far and few between that you find a business owner that is willing to help someone over the phone who is not yet a paying customer. He gave me a couple ways to try to repair the run ability of the bike because he said he didn’t want me to have to wait for a few months to get it into his shop. I can tell you one thing for sure, I will be a paying customer of Buds in the future! His customer service is above and beyond. He took time out of his crazy busy schedule to help me. That is rare in these days! Thank you Bud!"

"I took my ultra classic to him for a radio replacement and he looked over the entire thing. Saw that it need rear breaks and the drive belt needed to be tighten. It was at other shops that said they were good to go."
