"My vehicles battery went dead today. I was unsuccessful jump starting it on my own and I had to call roadside assistance. After my car was jump started, I drove to the White Bear Lake location and an employee named Nick immediately replaced the battery. He was extremely helpful. I felt terrible because it was almost closing time but he was kind and professional the entire time. He is well versed and highly skilled. Please give him a raise/bonus!"
