"Great place for car parts. I had to return an item I did not use and I had the wrong reciept and they were able to look up my transaction by my phone number. With that I was able to get my full refund. I would suggest to new customers to sign up with their loyalty program for easier returns."

"I truly don't like to make bad reviews. But I feel this experience deserves one. I am putting a water pump on my classic car. I paid for a brand new water pump. The first one I got was obviously used. Rebuilt but used. So I called them and asked me if they charged me for a brand new one and they said yes. I drove the hour to return the water pump to them and order a new one. When my wife stopped by later on that evening to pick the other one up she brought it home. And to my surprise when I open the box it was yet another rebuilt. No I don't mind buying rebuilt parts I've done it plenty of times. I purchased this at the brand new price so I expect brand new. In the photos you can see they cleaned it quite well and did rebuild it probably up to spec. But when you pay for new you expect new. It's very dishonest what's happening. I think that if you are paying brand new prices you should get a brand new item. If you're getting a rebuilt item you should pay that price and be informed. In the images you can see the marks from the bolts you can see the dings from where somebody else pounded on it when they took it out, it's just not ethical to do such a thing.
