Growing Mindfully is a nurturing and empowering mixed age group school located in Sacramento, California. Our mission is to help children develop into happy, resilient, and emotionally nurtured individuals who are active participants in society.
At Growing Mindfully, we offer a play-based early learning program that focuses on mindfulness. We believe in introducing mindfulness practices at an early age to help children develop emotional resilience and self-regulation skills. Our curriculum is designed to balance individual freedom with social cooperation, negotiation, and responsibility for others.
Our developmental curriculum is based on the children's interests, allowing them to learn happily and successfully while exploring their true passions. Our staff is trained to observe and understand each child's individual needs, providing a safe, challenging, and nurturing environment for growth and exploration.
We believe in a relationship-centered approach to discipline, combining redirection and mindfulness to help children thrive. Our staff is dedicated to setting limits with love, working with difficult emotions, and fostering forgiveness through compassion.
Priority rates are available for State Employees working in specific office locations. To enroll your child in our program, please submit a waitlist application through the link provided.
