"Actually, 1 of the last places around you can pump gas & then go inside & pay!!! I was paying w/cash & had no idea how much it would be to top it off. I estimated $30 & clerk said "you don't have to prepay" I went back out & filled tank @ $22.23 (love hybrids). Clerk saved me time & a headache of needing to get refunded the difference had I pre-paid!"

"It’s no wonder Kwik Trip is taking over. No improvements to the gas station to keep up. Diesel pump is nearly always blocked by cars because there is only one diesel pump."
"Aren't the clerks taught some customer service? It is customary and correct to appreciate the customer with a thank you when receiving. This has been experienced several times at Proctor store #27. Seems like it's more important for staff to price a cookie than serve the customer with a modicum of respect. It's no wonder Kwik Trip is beating you as the competition."
