"I had good news and bad news. The good news was that I had arrived at my “goal weight”, for the first time in 25 years! The bad news were two things. First, I am older now,”and I hate this word, but I had “crepey” and flabby arms. And…. A big “muffin top”, all the way around my waist. A big one.
