"Did not have a good experience at all. We needed carpet for our home. We requested a quote, we were told we had to come into the shop and pick out the carpet and then pay to have our house measured. We did all of this and Vic still did not get us a quote. We consistently followed up until we gave up and decided if it was this hard to get a quote we definitely didn't want to do business with them going forward. Save yourself the $40 and learn from our lesson and go somewhere else."
