I contacted 9 To 5's warranty team and they agreed to replace all 10 chair at no charge to the client. The new chairs arrived promptly look great. I really appreciated their quick acceptance of the issue and their super fast response to resolving the problem. Absolutely fantastic service from a quality firm."

"I have two of their task chairs. When you work at a jewelers bench or a computer table most of the time the ergonometrics of the chair become critical to both comfort and avoiding injury. Their chairs and the two Sitmatic task chairs I own are really are the "seat" (pun intended) of my working day. They have a lifetime parts warranty on the chairs and a limited warranty on the labor. After 5 years on one of my 9 to 5 chairs the valve that controls the elevation cylinder has started to leak so the chair bottoms out very slowly as you sit in it. I finally got tired of readjusting it and called my local retailer. They called 9 to 5 and were told to check the chair into their store, diagnose what is not working and 9 to 5 would send them the parts at no charge. I will have to pay the retailer a labor charge that isn't a large percentage of the cost of the chair to get it done, but it's worth it. Yes, their chairs are expensive. But these and the Sitmatics are the only chairs I've had where I've never found a loose bolt on the floor or had the cylinder just crap out necessitating buying a new chair because the cheap chairs aren't repairable. Over the last 8 years I have spent a heck of a lot less on these four "expensive" chairs than I spent on "cheap" chairs in the 5 years before buying these four. Last note: I was looking at these 4 chars, ranging in age from 8 years old to 5 years old, I'm struck by the fact that they all look almost new but the cheap chairs looked ratty within 2 years. Yes, you do get what you pay for. Highly recommended."
