"When I saw the high price on my Rx, I told the technician that I didn't think the price was right because it cost ~ $17 last month. She said it was correct at $47. I was barely able to come up with the extra $$ because I am a senior and on a fixed income. When I went out to my car, I checked Good Rx and it was there for $11. I walked back into the pharmacy to ask them if they could use the Good Rx and they said no. I had to ask them to use it before I paid. I asked about the high price before I paid.... Why didn't she suggest Good Rx or anything at all. She was too busy to bother. Thanks for taking food money out of my mouth. Maybe it was just a bad day"

"Katie at the pharmacy is awful at her job. She didn’t hear me correctly so instead of asking me to repeat the name she just went with “sorry your prescription is not ready”. I asked why I had received two texts saying the prescription was ready, her response was “I’m working by myself”. I left and called to check and low and behold they were ready Katie is just horrible at her job. Two trips to the store to get the prescription because should couldn’t be bothered to say “sorry I didn’t hear you can you repeat the name”."

"I used the Raleys Pharmacy for a couple years when we relocated back to the area. My insurance then requested that employees use a mail order company. MISTAKE! Have been very happy to have returned to my local Raleys for prescription needs since just around the first of the year. Then Saturday the 8th of May my son and I went inside the store to pick up 2 prescriptions. The woman assisting us was not only terribly unfriendly, but quite rude to boot! Cannot recall her name, but she is a blonde, not very tall, plump gal in maybe her fifties. RUDE, impatient, and very dismissive. Possibly needs to consider an alternate employment where she can isolate herself from the people she is quite obviously not fond of in the least. Here’s hoping upon any future visits to the business I will be fortunate enough to deal with ANY other of the staff members employed at this location!"

"Nice service, small well organized pharmacy. Currently my pharmacy of choice. I prefer to use family owned places of bussiness for most of my routine shopping. However I started using Rayleys on a off hand visit when my last place sold out to big corparation. But I've decided to maintain Rayleys due to thier geeat personal service. They have shown me that small town service that would normally be available only by small business. Therefore they have gained me as a full time customer. And in so doing, have got my grocery purchases for much of my food shopping as well. Kudos Rayleys!"
