"Buyer beware, we bought a couch from Abbyson 1-1/2 years ago. Well about a month ago the leather started peeling. I submitted a customer service request through the website, where no one responded for 2 weeks, so then I called. I was told that since the 1 year warranty expired that they wouldn't do anything. First of all, a warranty is there to cover immediate defects, but when you use cheap materials and advertise as premium, the last thing you think would happen is for leather to just flake off. That is customer manipulation. Worse than that, they didn't offer to help in any fashion other than providing a local repairman. The quality is bad, but the inability to help when they should have is worse."

"I’m completely disappointed. I placed an order with them directly for an outdoor dining table set. I reached out to them after 2 weeks for the status and was told they were sold out. Not sure when they planned on informing me or why I had to be the one to reach out to find this out. I’m now scrambling to make other arrangements because of their lack of communication. Very frustrating!"

"The couch I bought (Ferra 3-piece Fabric Sectional) causes my throat to itch and I start to wheeze. I thought it would air out and hopefully it would get better but it never did. The other alarming part for any customer is the lack of response from Abbyson. I have gone through the chat and email numerous times only to be completely ignored. I’ve started new emails and used the original chain from when I bought my couch. I also got an auto reply when the chat was closed that they would respond to me…never did. I would 100% avoid this company because regardless of your issue they probably won’t even address it. I asked them what they treated the couch with and how it was stored and zero reply so that is fishy it itself. Maybe they have treated their furniture with toxic chemicals and they refuse to address it? You don’t want a company that refuses to resolve problems especially when it comes to health concerns. The couch material isn’t soft to the touch it is kind of like canvas material. The couch is firm. The look is exactly as pictured but I wish it was deeper. You definitely can’t cuddle on the wedge. Also if you respond to this review with “please reach out via phone or email, and ask for the Customer Service Manager her at Abbyson - we're here to help.” I obviously have reached out around ten times and you don’t respond. Very inexcusable."

"My wife and I had a sunroom addition added to our home. The table, shelves and sidebar are being hand made from oak with a dark rich finish. We needed a media console that would be both beautiful and functional since this room will be the gathering place for many family events to come. After an exhaustive search we chose the Abbyson Oliver 70" Traditional Wood Media Console. It was exactly what we were looking for and the price was amazing!!! We could not be happier!!! It is a beautiful and sturdy piece of furniture and stands alone as focus point in the room. And best of all, it comes assembled!!! My wife is delighted by all the wonderful comments she gets about the console. Also, she had misplaced the dowels to install the shelves, so I contacted Abbyson’s customer service to order new ones. They were amazing as well. Fast, responsive and pleasant to work with. They offered to send me new ones for free. Fortunately, we found the missing dowels. If you are looking for a media console that is beautiful and made to last a lifetime, look to Abbyson. They have so many wonderful pieces to choose from. In the past we’ve owned cheap media consoles and they just don’t last. This was a smart purchase. Finally, neither of us work for or have any association with Abbyson other than we are delighted customers. I hope this helps in your search for the piece of furniture that you will just love."
