"I purchased a folding bed, under what they say their business name is "KOMFOTT", through Amazon then wasn't able to use it and returned it. The return label they furnished through Amazon's return process was merely an address label and not a QR code that is usual for returning items. I ended up paying $217.77 for return shipping via UPS. The bed cost $242.18. The man at the UPS store gave me the Amazon Customer Service phone number which I called. I am elderly and getting a 47 pound package to UPS was quite a challenge. I didn't realize I'd be on the hook for the return shipping. So I had to pay the shipping cost because it would too hard for me to put the big, heavy box back in my car. Amazon Customer Service has told me they'd be able to refund the shipping fee but they merely messaged "KOMFOTT" which they answered they "don't have the right to refund my shipping cost." I have contacted Amazon Customer Service three times already in which they made all kinds of promises but ending up not doing anything. Doing a Google query on the address KOMFOTT gave me to return the item, their business name is actually this business "Costway". Notice they don't furnish a phone number. Further investigation shows this company has complaints from customers a mile long. "Just got the Costway JL 10003 , what a fantastic chair , excellent massage top to bottom !! I’m 6 ft tall and it fits me well , so many chairs 4 shorter and slimmer people . Voice control awesome or remote !! Bluetooth so you can listen to music or whatever you want . So great after a long day to relax before bed . Was thinking black but glad I got the coffee looks awesome in our bedroom !! Service from Relaxacare was top notch was in stock and delivered right away !! Will fit through a 32 inch door but very heavy , they are the pros ."

"Stay away from this company. They ask you to write positive reviews to get discounts. They send you the wrong product and wouldn’t make it right until you waste your time shipping the wrong product they initially sent. Bad business practices."

"I love love love shopping with Costway!! My air conditioners are built into the walls in the 2 bedrooms so if I don't have both bedroom doors open, it gets stuffy/hot in my living room and dining room. With my portable AC from Costway, my living room and dining room are kept very comfortable."

"My order took a little longer than planned, but I was able to call support and see what was going on. I'm very happy with my product, it was very easy to assemble and I already have people asking me where I got my tredmill/ desk from. I couldn't find a tredmill/ desk thay would go above 3 or 4 MPH this one goes up to 7. So It's perfect for me. Only removing 1 star because it wasn't intuitive to find customer support and it took 4 more days longer than it said it would. But other than that I have no complaints."
