"Arrogant atmosphere. I worked with Manager over several days. Communication slow then non-existent. Manager marks up prices for manufacturer sales. Not a trustworthy business. Many items made in China, do your research. I ordered the exact same item I was looking for, from a different, reputable business for ~$1000 less. Stressless has price fix on lowering prices, however, I guess stores have option to mark up? Again, do your due diligence. Disappointed"
"We ordered our chairs online and were notified when to come pick them up. Email communication was good and the delivery person was super friendly. This is our second set of these Stressless chairs we have purchased. Our old ones were still in pretty good shape even after over 15 years."

"Very good collection of modern and trendy furniture for various rooms. Our salesperson Elizabeth was super friendly and knowledgeable; she went above and beyond to help us find the best stuff at the best available price. When the furniture was delivered, we had some scratches on the legs and again Elizabeth/Scandinavian Designs were able to address it promptly. Overall, high quality furniture showroom and salesperson that I have no doubt recommending to anyone."
"We love this sectional! It's very comfortable and there's plenty of room for the whole family to gather. The pillows can easily be fluffed and the covers removed for dry cleaning. Two covers did need to be cleaned just one month after delivery because our dog was sick on it, but they came back from the dry cleaners looking like new. The fabric is comfortable and has worn really well so far (we've had it for one year). We were really happy with how fast it was delivered (one month after ordering, Dec 2021) and with their delivery team."
