"Wish I read the review before purchasing a bed mattress. Did not realized final purchase no return or exchange. That is a big red flag. When we received the item, the guy did not put all the screws in just four. He did not have no machine and was doing it with a knife. Left without having customer check to make sure all was good. When I called the owner Jesenia, she did not let me talk and explain the issue. Instead, she was yelling and talk quick to get rid of me. They just care about getting the sales and not making the customers happy. She was really rude and unprofessional. Do not buy an item(s) from a book as it is different in person. I strongly do not recommend this place."

"Don't buy in that store, I bought a bed for him and we met when we met. I tried that he wasn't going to charge me for delivery. I spent all day waiting and in the afternoon his daughters came to leave me the very good people, of course, nothing to do with the mother, I gave them a tip of 30 dollars and then the lady called me to tell me that it was not enough for me to have paid 30 dollars for the delivery and to finish one of the tables it came out all confused and she didn't want to bring it to me I had to go pick it up very rude and then she The victim does everything, here I leave you a video of what those Mrs. Erminia sells"

"DO NOT BUY ANY MATTRESS HERE!!! I BOUGHT ONE AND WITHIN THE MONTH IT STARTED FALLING APART THE LADY HAS SAID SHE WILL EXCHANGE IT BUT SHE NEVER CAME TO EXCHANGE IT I HAD TO PAY FOR DELIVERY AND NOTHING EVERY TIME I GO BACK IT WAS CLOSED... WORST PLACE EVER"
