"My old hot tub was leaking, and cost too much to repair. I just wanted to replace it without any hassle. I emailed Sonoma Backyard explaining what I was looking for. The next morning I received an email from Kyle giving me options of what was available. I chose one, it was delivered a few weeks later. The old tub was removed, the new one in place. I needed the tub to be turned so the plug would reach (I was not home when the tub was delivered). Kyle was kind enough to come by before work and place the tub exactly how I wanted. It was a great experience, reasonable price and very little effort on my part other than to chose which one I wanted. I prefer to work with local companies and Sonoma Backyard was a great choice.
