"Update review: Customer service reached out immediately. I was really worried that it was scam but it is not, they offered to sent a new one but I just don't trust that the sofa is good after this experience, they sent a mover to pickup the boxes, they made the refund, they were very kind. It just didn’t work out for me. I still think that the package was not what I expected. I am disappointed for the time that invested looking for the sofa and waiting and also the bad experience. I hope they improve their package quality after this, not only the boxes were damaged, it was the sofa itself as you can see in the last picture. ———— Don’t buy it, this is not worth it, be careful they are scam, I bought one modular, now I have a pile of garbage, trying to return, I wait almost 2 months, they sent this, it is obvious that it doesn’t have any quality, you can just see how the package came, the sofa was in one box without any protection, probably it was damage in the transportation but a quality company will never sent a sofa without protection in the box, I hope this review can help someone, I regret to even fall for this company, I spent 6 thousand and I got a pile of garbage in return."

"We visited the showroom on a Thursday and made our purchase by Saturday, thanks in no small part to Patricia’s help. She was very responsive by email (both before and after our appointment), took her time with us (we were there for well over an hour), and most importantly never pressured us and ensured we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for our family. She shared anecdotes about the company and its founders, which help set the stage for a very engaging and fun visit. We really loved the tools provided (magnetic couches to play around with configurations for our space); this really helped us narrow down exactly what we should order. If Patricia is a taste of 7th Avenue’s customer service, this will be a serious breath of fresh air. We’ve never had such a positive experience while furniture shopping!"

"The showroom experience is something not to miss! We had been looking at 7th Avenue for sometime and finally pulled the trigger on driving up north to the SF showroom. Patricia was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, plus we got to witness the soda spill in action! Even our toddlers had fun building their sectional and trying out the cushions. Highly recommend visiting the store for yourself to experience the fabrics and the options available with this sectional."
