"Poor customer service ! We bought a large lamp shade and it was damaged on delivery. The product is very delicate and is placed in a large box with no cushioning or protection - so any fall during delivery will damage it. Even after explaining this to Serena & Lily, they refused to take responsibility of the damage. Now we have to buy a new product all together and all the money paid for the lamp shade and electrician to install was wasted. Hardly what I would expect from Serena & Lily :("
