"Super helpful. They did everything they said they would. They sold me a great desk. They delivered it on time. They moved some floor to ceiling cabinets to another wall and made them look great. I plan on doing more with them. Hirrum and his crew were outstanding. Very reasonable prices too."

"Absolutely terrible customer service: ordered expensive piece of furniture with delivery. We had the house professionally cleaned for Xmas just 2 days before the actual delivery happened. They could actually bring the piece before cleaners were scheduled, but the girl on the phone did her best to push it for later date (even though they were already late), making sure the times are convenient for them, not us. Delivery guys walked on a clean carpet, even after being asked not to do so. Our pet has allergy issue, so we gotta call ChemDry again. When I called the store and talked to their manager, she was totally uncooperative, and quickly hang up on me. Never again (I need to buy $5K-$10K of office furniture from the same manufacturer, to match, but surely won't buy it from that store)."
