"I used to be an frequent customer, until I noticed I was buying expired product, even gave a previous good review. I didn't even notice it was my husband who brought it to my attention I noticed they had another in there with the same date I bought mine for I confronted them about it. Because it's not edible it's okay for them to sell it expired they told me. I even showed him the jar I bought from them last he only would budge $5 on the expired product. Beware of the expired products always look at the date before purchasing."

"I'm new to the area coming from Chula Vista and stopped by two days ago. I purchased a vape which was recommended by the young man there who said it would last la little more than a few days. It lasted not even 48 hours and when I brought it back in explaining this I honestly expected at least an exchange. The young man who helped me wasn't there but the older gentleman who had also been there at the time was there and I was appalled. What I did get was rudeness, excuses, with no attempt at trying to make it right. The few times I've ever had a problem with a defective or old vape and brought it back in to the shop in Chula Vista I not only received a replacement but a smile with a no problem we'll make it right attitude. You just lost a good customer and buyer beware, you might want to purchase your items at a different shop where integrity and excellent customer service is still around."

"The young guy Gabriel here is really cool! His dad Steven knows his stuff too! They are always amazing. Great prices!!! I come here a lot for vaping Salt Nic and Miscellaneous herbs. He is always super helpful and makes sure that I like the Product before I leave! Amazing customer service! He is always patient with my million questions and I am also always trying to get a discount. He is always in a good mood and really will help you out. They have Everything here and it is all at least 5$ Less in every product here than other smoke shops. Come check them out"
