"The pros: Extremely nice staff. Decent size gym and nice little indoor pool and jacuzzi with a view. Little touches like fruit water and free cookies at check in. The cons: The double beds really are double beds. Way too tiny to share. The parking structure is a narrow claustrophobic 7 floor spiral from hell into 4 more stories of the oddest parking garage ever. Then an elevator up a floor to the lobby. Made my son and I very carsick. If you have any fear of heights this hotel is not for you. Rooms start on 12 and go to 27. Yes the views are lovely if you’re looking for that. The Room we had on 14 was pint sized compared to the rooms our family had on higher floors. The bathroom was 3 times smaller and very cramped. The A/C in our room leaked into the carpet that my bag happened to be sitting on ruining the bag. I told the staff and they comped us one night of their very expensive overnight parking. Won’t be staying here again."

"One of my favorite hotel experiences in a long time Service: one of the highlights of the stay, across the board everyone was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I think when the service is collectively great probably a sign of decent management as well. Location: pretty central to everything including Coronado Island where I had a conference. Probably not the safest to walk around at night but fine during the day. Parking: in the building and around $40/night. Very safe and no access from the outside of the building. It is a twisty and turn heavy garage so be careful when you're rounding the corners Pricing: super reasonable pricing, around 180-200 a night for a nice room on the weekend but prices probably depend on the specific day you're booking Rooms: an interesting layout but modern and beautiful views of downtown (I got the downtown view room which was only around 10-20$ more a night. Walls are a little thin but they give you eye masks and ear plugs;"

"Great location near Fisherman's Wharf. Customer service was fantastic and up to Marriott standards. They have daily activities, including music or local tours, and free samples, which was fun. We walked to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. You can also walk to the Marina. Highly recommend. Also, there is city noise, such as cars on the street, and they provide free ear plugs and eye mask. It was fine and I didn't need the ear plugs. I will definitely return."

"Great downtown location and plenty of space for a family with a baby. With a 8 month old we needed a place with a kitchenette and conjoined room with grandparents. The hotel is roomy and trendy at the same time. Each room had a separate bedroom from the sitting area and kitchen. Bathrooms are also huge for hotel standards. All nicely decorated. Best part is that they already out a crib in our room when we arrived without us asking. Great service. Valet gets expensive but we had it comped by listening to their timeshare seminar. Great central downtown location and we would come back again."
