"Horrible experience being on a waitlist for over a year only to get kicked off because the school sent an email wanting to confirm that one still wanted their place in line. With busy parents having emails that may go unchecked, the school should have a better process. If one places their name on a list it should stay on there without frequent pulse checks. Because of the rudimentary system; we are now scrambling to find another place. Appealing to the owner / director is also a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble of thinking you’ve reserved a place and ensure you have plenty of other options."
