"This was for a visit to the Rapid Care in Lakeport. So very grateful that we now have someplace other than the hospital ER to go in Lakeport! Everyone was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I am used to getting an after visit summary and I basically was just dismissed when I was done and had nothing to refer to, and didn’t even have the name of what the doctor said was wrong. When seeing the doctor I don’t always remember everything and it would have nice to refer back to what was discussed. I will definitely go there again."
