"Went into total wine with my fiancée today to buy Sangria for my mother in law and the man on register 3 at 1:00 p.m. refused to sell to us because my fiancée is 20, which has never been an issue before because I’m the one who is buying and I am 26, this is the first time this have ever happened and it was suppose to be a gift for my mother in law. My fiancée was with me to find the correct Sangria her mom loved, this was for a gift and now I can’t even get it. We have gone to this location before and they had no issues with it except for this time, made no sense when we have been here before and had no issues. Didn’t get a chance to get his name, but he was working on register 3 at 1:00 p.m. on Friday January 5th 2024. Rude and told us to leave, worst experience at a total wine and will no longer be going and supporting this company."
"First time at Total Wine. Super amazing staff -very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is absolutely a warehouse and it is so organized. Loved how they had selections in small sizes as well as a large selection of mini bottles at very reasonable prizes. This is now most defintely my go to place for adult beverages!! Cheers!"
