"Great advice from the guy working but not too much advice to where it’s annoying, varied selection of beer. Two fridges of craft single can selection in addition the the many fridges of packed beers. Been looking for a local owned bottle shopped since moving to the area, glad we checked it out and will be back."
"The selection can be quite good here, and the people working there are usually really knowledgeable, but watch the prices. Called on a bottle of bourbon (Widow Jane Decadence) which was a bit hard to find and they wanted $199 for it. Ended up finding it for $95 close to my house at another shop. Granted, it was impossible to find in other places like total wine or bevmo, but $92 is what they'd charge there. More than doubling the price of a bottle is not cool. Because of this I'll probably avoid going here in the future unless they are somewhat close in prices of other bottle shops. I'd suggest you call ahead for pricing or at least look up prices to compare before you check out to avoid overpaying. I'm not one to leave negative reviews often, but I'm being honest here. Fwiw, I had overpaid for that same bottle on an earlier visit, so that's how I knew to call and ask the price this last time. I felt like I had been taken advantage of before. Sucks to feel like a sucker. But you know what they say, "fool me once...""
"I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this store! They have a great selection, including some single barrel store picks, and some other allocated releases. I encountered an issue with the shipping courier and CK from Folsom Bottle Shop took great care of me to quickly resolve the issue on my behalf. If you’re looking for a store that doesn’t price gouge, has fantastic selections, and genuine customer service that actually cares about your business and their reputation, then look no further, this is your store!"
"Super helpful staff! Was curious about silver tequila and the lady behind the counter did not hesitate taking me to tasting room to sample and ended up getting one of the most delicious tequilas ive ever had. 10/10"
