"My kids got adopted, I got all my certificates, they got my hopes up and then changed there minds . Alot of these workers are always out on vacation as well when they have so many cases . These people don't care if we reunify with our children. It's just one big check for each kid they take out of a home . Don't give up tho , if your going to court and they take your reunification away or your rights file a JV388 if you have any new evidence or something different to bring to the court and remember that you can FIRE YOUR ATTORNEY if you dont feel they are at your best interest. You have to remember that they as well work with CPS and will probably not put up a fight for you and just agree with what they want to close your case and move on to the next one SINCE THERE NOT BEING PAID BY US. Please always remember to always take notes of everything with time and date . Just like they write and take everything down word by word YOU do the same . If you call and they don't answer take notes of that with date and time . If the caretaker is late TAKE NOTE OF THAT. If your kid has bruises TAKE NOTE OF THAT , take notes of there errors and times you have a hard time getting a hold of them or things you know you should take notes of (****date-time*****) Always read what you are signing !"

"If I could I'd give it negative stars. This is whole place is a wolf on sheep's clothing. I was, like many of you, under the impression that [ child 'protctive' services ] Did just that, "protect" children.... I was, a fool..... I was, so very very devastatingly wrong! These people and all that are involved, contracted, and affiliated with are nothing more than Criminals Pretending to Save (cps) and all deserve to be prosecuted to the highest degree!"

"Worse place ever I had David guiterrez come to my home so rude and left and didn't inform me about what it was about. He got mad when I ask for employee number and I was going to record because he was being rude so he left I have everything in recording and as well as video from my home security he just left. Then I been trying to contact the supervisor I when in person and left multiple messages for Nicole Sackett no response. It's been more then 3 days. So how is this case being approached if they don't communicate what's this is about. A lack of professionalism from the social worker and from the supervisor."

"The cookie cutter rules currently being inforced needs to be overhauled (to catch up with the times), the office itself is dirty and bland the chairs in the lobby looks like they never be washed down, the walls need new paint, the meet up rooms are very outdated, one of the rooms have a green sofa that looks like someone cut it up with a knife,...I also pray that the courts understand everyone case is not the same and should be treated as such(accordingly)! Also times have changed tough love creates criminals. I pray for successful reunification and growth amongst everyone. would love to see at one social worker smile. The job ain't that bad is it?"
