"I go there all the time to make money orders and went there to cash my check and the guy took a picture of my check AND my ID and then told me no. I even showed him my birth certificate. Why ask for all that and take pictures and say no. What are you guys trying to do with my information? If you are not going to cash my check then you should not have taken a picture of it and my ID that’s weird. I even had all my old paycheck stubs on me because I’m on my way to an appointment for a house so I had everything with me and my family has even been going there for years but not anymore f**k this place"

I was sold a $30 scratcher that was already scanned (Bar code showing), gives the wrong cash prize values (Less not more). It could be honest mistakes but I have never experienced any issues until he started working the cashier station."
