"I have been coming here for facials for 1 1/2 years and I have never been disappointed. In Nov. I was amazed after I got their new cryotherapy facial with red light therapy. WOW, the lines under and around my eyes literally disappeared. I was in disbelief since I'm in my 70's. Early 70's. You owe it to yourself. I can hardly wait for my next facial."

"I was walking by and they asked if I wanted a sample. I don’t know how this escalated so quickly but they became incredible rude while trying to convince me to buy the products. He forced me to stay in their seat and he applied their products on me when I repeated said no. They were shady salesmen who were throwing insults at Sephora and calling them cheap when they saw I had just bought something from them. I recommend walking on the opposite side when passing their store (before subway)."

"I was with my girlfriend walking by the store and a lady handed her a free sample and told her to sit in the chair we didn’t get much of a chance to say no. The worker made a couple digs at my girlfriend’s skin, which for the record is in really good condition, and it came off as a ploy to make her feel bad about herself so we’d buy the products. Also when we said we weren’t interested and we had to leave she kept being super pushy about all of it. We both were super uncomfortable during the whole interaction. Not only was the experience weird but the prices seem very inflated because she said they normally sell for $600 (which is insane) but that we could get it for $300 (which is still insane for a moisturizer!) and when we were finally leaving she dropped it to $100 but it seems like the higher prices aren’t the actual value if they’re willing to drop the prices by $500! All around an awful experience that screamed scam."

"I was walking with my granddaughter in the mall and then I was stopped by a nice girl with a eye sample, usually I don't stop but she offered me in a very polite way and I agreed, (I must say that most of the times other cosmetic store stopped rudely but Emily was very friendly) After a demonstration that didn't take long, I decided to buy the eye product from her. Their products are not cheap, I paid $950 for an eye product and face cream, however I must say that after 3 weeks of using it, the results are coming! Two days ago I got the treatment they offered me for a fee of $179 and I just left the store with good feeling! The product there is amazing, they have class and they make sure I know exactly how to use everything. Differentiate from other skin care companies whose pitches are "look at the back of the product" Thank you for a wonderful service, see you soon! Barbara Pascal"

"I was walking by the store when a nice girl offered me a sample. I usually don’t stop, but she was so sweet, so I really was curious to see what she was selling. I have to admit I was blown away. The product for the eye literally disappeared my wrinkles. I ended up buying one for me and one for my mom. That is by far the best product I’ve used for my eyes. Love it."
