"I started going to the Brea location of Hand & Stone in July 2023 and loved it so much I signed up for a membership! The women at the front desk are so great- they are always super friendly and very helpful. I have seen 4 or 5 of the massage therapists here and I've had a wonderful experience every time- they clearly hire very skilled people. And the facility is beyond clean and very inviting. I'm happy I found a such a great place to get a massage and unwind!"

We left feeling super relaxed, my masseuse really concentrated on the areas that were bothering me and could feel the knots being released. They know what they’re doing. "Went in for a Hydrating Facial, their lobby is so festive right now, and smells divine. My facial was fantastic my skin looked and felt amazing. Its been alsmost a week andbmy skin is still hydrated, and soft. I can have sensitivity and none of their products irritated my skin."

"I was stoked about this place and the fact they offered a monthly membership. I was going to blindly opt in for the membership but discovered they offered a bogo gift card promo so I opted to use the giftcards 1st. The place is overall clean with a calm ambience. Both times the therapists personalities were pleasant. I had a facial in Dec 2021 & it was just there. It was meh to the point that I waited months to get the next one.I remember something was put on my face that smelled like straight rotten eggs. I needed to use my other gc so gave them another try this month. I opted to use Dermalogica products which smelled pleasant. Lets just say this time it was meh as well. I just feel I didnt get the full facial experience. 1st off the service is only for 50 minutes. Usually its an hour long. 2nd I didnt get a facial scrub. Usually they put a scrub on to remove dead skin. 3rd usually while the mask is setting they spend about 10-15 minutes massaging your shoulders and hands or feet in addition to the time spent massaging the products in to cleanse the skin. I only received a few minutes of massage at best. I honestly could have done this at home. Im not sure if the therapists are being advised to do the facials in this manner, but I know this is not the standard as I have gotten multiple facials over the years including at cosmetology schools."
