She listens, and she delivers every time!!!! Also, I have never had an issue finding parking in the area, no matter time my appointment has been. So don’t let that be a deterrent. "Dr. Nancy Samolitis (Dr. Sam) and her team are absolutely next level - providing a superior quality of care and customer service rarely seen nowadays. With my wedding coming up, I spent months searching for a dermatologist and even met with 3 other doctors who only seemed to care about money or getting me out the door (I had one doctor who wouldn't even talk directly to me rather would tell her assistant what to tell me while I was standing in the room with them both!). I found Dr. Sam by googling "best dermatologists in Los Angeles." While several names came up, Dr. Sam's reviews really stood out, so much so that I did not shy away from her $300 consultation fee (which cannot be applied for services). This is something I typically never do, but I can say in all honesty, it is worth every penny. Dr. Sam truly spends time with her patients - she sets realistic expectations and explains every detail of her treatments. I had met with one dermatologist who told me I needed two syringes of HA fillers just to plump my cheeks - while Dr. Sam only used 1.5 syringes in several areas of my face to give me a more youthful look. She didn't push me to get more, rather suggested we start with a little and can increase later after seeing the results. After my first filler appointment, I'm obsessed with how much younger my face looks!!! And happy Dr. Sam recommended to start at the minimum necessary. I even brought my mom in for Botox and fillers! (She is equally as happy with her results). And of course, facile offers a myriad of other services like facials and lasers, to help women look and feel her best. In addition, Dr. Sam and her team respond promptly to patients by text and email, even after hours! I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sam, except to add that she's assembled a great team at her Melrose location - Lexi at the front desk could not be kinder and more helpful, as is Dr. Sam's assistant Isabella. I highly recommend booking services at Facile and guarantee you won't regret it!"
