"I was scheduled on Friday for appointment on Monday and a family emergency occurred over the weekend. You can’t call in the weekend to re-schedule so had to wait till Monday the day of my appointment. I called early morning but you can’t leave a vm cancelling because it don’t count. So I was told I had to pay another 50$ down to reschedule. If I was canceling due to my negligence I understand but a huge family emergency occurred and had no way of calling on the weekend. They definitely should of at least worked with me. It’s not my fault I can’t call and cancel day or days before as they mentioned they don’t open Monday. And I was not trying to cancel I was trying to re-schedule my apt for either a later time or earlier time but the lady on the phone did not even allow me to speak. She right away told me I would have to oh another 50$. It was going to be my first appointment but won’t be returning. I notice that you have responded immediately, I do want to clarify that I did not hang up on midway conversation. I said ok and she said have a good day and I hung up. Also i was trying to reschedule but I was not giving a chance to speak and finish my conversation. I was hoping to get another time in the same day. But immediately they did not allow me to speak and finish my conversation. And thank you for your clarification. But I also had to clarify as well. I never mentioned anything about anyone being rude but not allowing someone to finish the conversation doesn’t help. I understand the cancellation fees as a business owner myself I understand but I also work with my clients especially when it comes an emergency last minute. Finding another place is no issue, Don’t recommend this place Good day"

"First off let me start by saying WOW. I would highly recommend Dr.Weiss for any of your beauty needs. From the moment I walked in the staff greeted me and were very friendly. I went in to get botox around my eyes and lips, and this being my first time, I didnt know what to expect. Keith began the consultation and answered all of my questions and even gave some great tips and tricks that were very much appreciated. Dr.Weiss was friendly and was very honest. She gave me just the right amount of botox which gave me a very natural look. Overall, it was more than I could have expected and I would recommend Pismo Vitality to anyone! "I was a patient at another office, but I decided life is too short to deal with less-than friendly people. Although it can be even scarier to start fresh at another practice, the alternative of staying with my former one was not a desirable choice. I set up a benign appointment, and I was so enamored by the attention to customer service by Keith. He is the first person I had any contact with. He was knowledgeable and forthright upon the first impersonal correspondence we had-and I am happy to say he was even more amazing in person! He was so good, I almost thought he was a mirage for a less-than-stellar-doctor, but then Dr Weiss appeared and she was incredible. She took the time to explain every different possible treatment, and what it involved, the costs, the side effects, etc. It is never easy to go to ANY doctor, no matter how much we Google. But sincerely, this office was spectacularly REAL-and KIND. PS: The parking is good, too!"
