"DO NOT COME HERE. The owner RON owns this and 2 other locations. I made an appointment to try and get a massage but due to my schedule I needed to cancel. I called the spa 4 TIMES, and spoke to MARI all four times. The first time I spoke to her she didn’t cancel it, just moved it to the next day. Same thing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time. They must train their staff to be dishonest. By the 4th time, I spoke to the owner and let him know this is my 4th time trying to cancel the appointment that his staff failed to do the first 3 times. The owner RON didn’t care because he gets his money and that’s the end of it for him. DO NOT COME HERE."
