"Spoke to Sandoval and he was very rude, provided inaccurate information and when I mentioned it, he got very angry and told me to find another attorneys office. Kept making statements on how “prestigious” the company was. Contacted the rep. again asking if I could speak to someone else. Which I was denied and ultimately ignored. My father requested a reasonable accommodation in 2018 and his prop. Management co. Failed to provide an accommodation which resulted in a broken hip. We have all the documentation necessary to prove they were aware of his request for years. Sandoval admitted he was unfamiliar with laws pertaining to ADA, civil rights, discrimination against protected classes (people with disabilities) etc… Then proceeded to provide completely inaccurate information. I hope someone from this office at bare minimum, offer an apology for the way I was treated as a potential client. Terrible experience!"
