"Everyone that I interacted with was very nice, but I am disappointed with the service I received. I tried to call to speak with the manager to resolve the issue, but was forwarded to a line that went straight to voicemail. This was about two days ago and I have yet to hear back."

The Clinician was professional, responsive, a good listener, and delivered firm pressure as promised for my deep tissue massage."
"Stay away from this place. The lady waxing me was so aggressive! She rushed through the process making it extra painful and horrifying. When I tried to tell her the wax was too hot she told me I was too sensitive. When I got home, I was in so much pain. I went to shower and there was still wax in between my legs. When I took a closer look, I was bleeding and had burns from the wax. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE !"
