"Worst Experience ever. I called their place prior asking for what kind of laser they use for hair removal, pricing, and what not and was told that they charge by the hour. I was told around $300/hr on the phone. Upon reaching there the nurse (kyle or kayo i think) worked very slow and would pause to talk at times even tho we're paying by time.. come one hour she only covered arms, legs, and underarms where other places can do much more than that in that time. (also for reference im a very very petite person 5ft 100lbs so i dont have much area to cover...) not only that but she skipped so many spots as well and I had to keep telling her she's missing spots. at the end when I asked for total she told me they charged $500/hr! $500 for one session for only arms legs and underarms (with many missed spots) is absolutely ridiculous! never going back there ever again. and I've had many laser sessions in the past so I'm not a first timer to this. only reason I left my great last laser place was due to moving."

"I called many places to find out a good laser hair removal service. When I called them, one of a staff (I forgot the name tho...) spending a time to explain and made me really comfortable to see them. So I decided to see how it goes. My appointment day, Dr. Phan did my under arm hair removal. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was concerned about the pain, but it is very easy to take and the treatment session was only for 5 min. I will recommend to anyone to see Dr. Phan:)"
