"Our family love Play Pals and it's founder, Claire and staff. We had our eldest daughter there for preschool until she was able to start TK. We appreciated how she was able to do her speech therapy while at preschool, all in one place! We just started sending our 3 year there as she was understimulated at home and we thought she could benefit from the structure and socialization. We were worried about how she would adapt as she is shy and slow to warm up but she has taken to Play Pals swimmingly and appears to be a different, more well-behaved child there. She loves being able to play outdoor and enjoys arts and crafts. We've noticed some positive changes since they moved to their new location on E 14th. Everything is done online through an app and we've been getting daily pictures of our daughter and regular updates about her naps, bathroom time, and any incidents during the day. I'm not sure how staff manages to do that for all the kids but we feel secured that she is being well cared for and everything is transparent. Staffs are friendly, responsive and loving. We have no complaints and only wonderful things to say about our experience with Play Pals."
