"The office canceled my scheduled call on Friday at the last minute. I rescheduled another one for Tue in which no one showed up. Highly unprofessional."

"I hired Mr.Krishan to work on my divorce case. I paid the agreed deposit as described by the flat fee agreement I signed. After paying this fee Mr.Krishan sent documents to fill by my spouse and I. We filled many documents and Mr.Krishan acknowledged the reception. With the lack of evidence that our case has been worked on in 5 months, I desperately tried to reach Mr.Krishan to stop our cooperation and get my deposit back. After many fail attempts and phone appointments made with his office that he failed to attend. I was finally able to get him on the phone. After asking my money back, Mr.Krishan said that everything was ready and our case just needed our signatures before filing. Of course at this point the decision was made to stop working with Mr.Krishan and I insisted on my refund. After months of negotiations I finally received the leftover of my deposit (Half). I lost thousands of dollars, months of stress and after reaching to another attorney, it is obvious that Mr.Krishan is not competent and was recommending us a procedure that was going to fail. -Once he has your money, Mr.Krishan will NOT answer your emails. -He will NOT provide you with the best option for your case. -I suspect Mr.Krishan to operate from another country as his local office in Milpitas is always empty. -He does not have a personal secretary and uses a third party that will be no help at all to you should you need any assistance. The only thing they can do is schedule a phone call with him. Edit: -Thank you for your answer, now everyone can appreciate the kind of discussion they will have with the office. -I did take my time to writte this review so no one else makes the same mistake I did. -Interesting to see that the only thing you reacted to was my comment about the deposit and you apparently think loosing thousands of dollards and 5 month of time is considered "ranting" -If I wanted to go further I would comment on how different your ratings are on yelp compared to google and how short and generic your good reviews are.. But that's for everyone to judge."

"Please do not waste your time. Mr Gopal Krishan is very unprofessional. He asked $2000. To file case in the court. But after paying money. He never filed the case and we are following up from more than two years for him to return our money. He promised me to return the $2000 but he never returned the money. We called him and his office many times to ask about when he will return the money. Now he sent me the invoice and charged us for calls we made to return the money. He wasted our time and money. Also, he misrepresented us. I wished the Government took strict action on these kind of unprofessional people."
